Timelines vary by project scope. A bathroom renovation typically takes 2–3 weeks. A full kitchen takes 4–6 weeks. A full home renovation or basement conversion can take 8–16 weeks depending on size and complexity. We provide a detailed timeline in your quote and stick to it.
Depending on the scope, permits may be required — particularly for structural changes, basement suites, electrical or plumbing work. We handle all permit applications on your behalf and ensure every renovation meets Surrey and Lower Mainland building code requirements.
For most renovations — particularly kitchens, bathrooms, and basements — you can stay in your home. We take extra care to contain dust, protect your belongings, and keep disruption minimal. For full home renovations, temporary relocation may be more practical, and we'll advise you upfront.
We can supply all materials, or work with materials you've already selected. Most clients prefer us to source materials — we have trade pricing with suppliers and ensure everything is the right specification. If you'd like to choose your own tiles, fixtures, or finishes, we're happy to accommodate that too.
Our free quote includes a site visit, a detailed scope of work, itemised pricing for labour and materials, a project timeline, and a breakdown of any permit requirements. There are no hidden fees — the quoted price is the price you pay.
Yes. We stand behind all of our work with a workmanship warranty. If any issue arises from our work after completion, we'll come back and make it right at no additional cost. Specific warranty terms are outlined in your project agreement.
